How can I use my Gems to buy products on eMart?

Go to the TCS Gems site and buy a product called eMart Ecash. This is currency you can use on eMart.

For every Gem you redeem, you will receive 1 unit of Ecash, which is equivalent to Re.1 while purchasing on eMart.

When can I start to use my Ecash?

Within 2 -3 working days you will receive an email confirming your purchase of Ecash. This Ecash will be credited in your eMart account.

If you have not registered on eMart, you can register with your TCS email ID (name@tcs.com). Once you have authenticated your email address and completed registration, you can see your Ecash value reflected in your My Account page, after login.

Once you receive an email confirmation, you can login to your eMart account and check your Ecash balance in your my Account page. Now you can purchase products on eMart.

What if my Ecash value is less then my order value?

If your purchase amount exceeds the value of your Ecash, you can make the balance payment via Credit Card, Debit Card or Netbanking.

What if my Ecash value exceeds my order value?

If your order value is less than the Ecash available in your account, the balance Ecash will remain in your account until further purchase. Ecash has no expiry date. You may use it at your convenience.
